Amal academy introduction:

Amal Academy is a platform that polishes our different skills. It develops us professionally. Amal academy’s motto, to grow job gaining rate, a strong resume, good communication skills, and develops as well as professionally. I was inspired by the Amal motto and joined the academy.

Selection:

Selected for interview then conference meeting with Amal fellowship then for the final activity. I was so inspired by the senior of the academy as different from the regular universities classes. I was too excited as soon as classes started. In the first class, I faced different faces and I was a little bit confusing but I’m excited about the first experience of the Amal session.

Purpose to join Amal Academy:

These days I was totally free and I want to join such a platform that grows me professionally then luckily one of my friends suggested I join Amal academy. He described the Amal academy motto, “The world is something to be made and remade by continuous Amal” and “ Kam, Kam, Kam” The motto of Amal academy really inspired me, and then I decided to join the Amal platform.

2-week journey:

In the first two weeks, I learned about my values which are basically my values as growth, creativity, and hard work. I also learned about my goals and the basic thing about the goals is “WHY”. I had goals but I don’t think about why I want to achieve them. Amal academy hep me to realize the goals basic “why’ I want to achieve these goals. Then I search out the reasons behind my goals.

Journey:

Amal’s academy journey is full of many challenges, targets, and problems, during the session I was overwhelmed by all the situations and develops myself professionally. In the starting was very excited then exhaust due to an overload of work which follow the rule KAM, KAM, KAM of Amal. In the end, become very active just because I become fond of KAM KAM KAM. it creates my skills of writing, other soft skills and develops me professionally.

I’m really thankful to my teacher special mam Areej and mam Namra and my fellowship for helping me in different situations, conditions and develop soft skills. Thank Amal for giving me such a platform to grow professionally.
